All registrations for events by Laura Eigenmann Coaching (workshops, events, specials, retreats) are binding.

Workshops, events and specials can be booked by purchasing a ticket through the registration system on the website www.lauraeigenmann.ch. We accept payment by credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and TWINT. The applicable and respective terms and conditions apply.

In case that the event is hosted by a third party (e.g. a yoga studio), the booking process will be redirected to the third party's booking site. In such cases, booking requires a registration for a customer account at the applicable booking site. Currently, our partnership hosts utilize www.eversports.ch. The account can be opened directly with the first booking or on www.eversports.ch. Existing eversports customer accounts can be used for the booking. We reserve the right to change, add, and require any booking sites as required by our partnership hosts. 

Retreats can be booked by registering directly on the website www.lauraeigenmann.ch. The booking is finalized by invoice/bank transfer - please see "Terms of payment" for further details.

Workshops, events and specials can be booked from the time of announcement until 12 hours before the start of the event, retreats until 48 hours before the start of the retreat.

For all events, the number of participants can be limited by Laura Eigenmann Coaching. If the desired event is fully booked, the customer can put their name on a waiting list. In case of cancellation, the first customer on the waiting list will be notified by e-mail and will get the chance to register.

A minimum number of participants can be set for all events. If this number is not reached, the event can be canceled or postponed. Registered customers will be informed as soon as possible after the registration deadline. Please see "Cancellation policy" for further details.

2 / Pricing

All prices are final prices (gross prices) in Swiss francs including any statutory value added tax. Rights to make price changes and amendments are reserved. The price at the time of booking is binding.

Laura Eigenmann Coaching may offer introductory or special prices different from the regular price as well as discounts or promotions for certain customers or customer groups. There is no entitlement to such discounts and they are at the sole discretion of Laura Eigenmann coaching.

Price adjustments can be made by Laura Eigenmann Coaching with at least two weeks notice. The new price is only applicable for new bookings and registrations. The prices of already made bookings and registrations do not change.

3 / Terms of Payment

The fee for events, workshops and specials is due in full upon booking and is payable online through the reservation system on the website.

For retreats, if the booking is made more than four weeks prior to the start of the retreat, a deposit of 20% must be paid by invoice/bank transfer to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due within 30 days, until four weeks before the retreat latest. The fee will be invoiced to the customer. In case of late payment the booking can be canceled by Laura Eigenmann Coaching. The deposit of 20% will not be refunded.

If a retreat is booked less than four weeks before the start, the full amount is due immediately. The fee has to be paid by invoice/bank transfer within 7 days. In case of late payment the booking can be canceled by Laura Eigenmann Coaching.

Laura Eigenmann Coaching reserves the right to exclude customers from events or to block customer accounts in case of non-payment.

4 / Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer

The reservations for workshops, events and specials can be canceled online via the reservation system. Cancellations by phone or e-mail can not be considered.

Workshops, events and specials can be canceled up to 48h before the start of the event. Alternatively, the customer can decide to transfer their booking to a workshop, event or special of the same format. Administrative fees for cancellation apply as follows: 10% of the total booking costs charged for cancellations up to 7 days prior to an event. Cancellation 7 days to 48h prior to an event will incur a charge of 30% of the total booking cost. In case of a no show or a cancellation after the 48h window, no refund or transfer can be issued.

Booked retreats can be canceled up to four weeks prior to the start of the retreat by phone or e-mail to kontakt@lauraeigenmann.ch. In case of timely cancellation, any fee paid will be refunded minus the amount of the deposit, which is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made at a later date, the reservation fee cannot be refunded. Upon request and availability, the booking can be transferred to a retreat of the same format taking place within 12 months after the initial booking. In any case, customers are advised to take out a private cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the host

All Laura Eigenmann Coaching events can be canceled or postponed by Laura Eigenmann Coaching until the cancellation deadline at the latest, if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if an instructor is unexpectedly absent and no adequate substitute can be organized.

All events as well as workshops and classes during retreats can be taken over by a substitute without prior notice. This entitles neither to a reduction nor to a refund of the costs.

If an event is canceled, the participants will be informed immediately and the paid registration fee is refunded. In case of workshops, events and specials booked through a third party / www.eversports.ch, the refund will be issued directly on the chosen payment type (credit card or similar). In case of retreats, the refund will be issued by bank transfer.

5 / Self-responsibility of the customer

With the booking, each customer confirms that they have the adequate physical and/or mental resilience required to attend the event. In the event of acute physical or psychological problems, a doctor should be consulted beforehand to determine whether the type of event is appropriate at this time.

Existing mental and/or physical health restrictions, but also an existing pregnancy, are to be reported to the instructor at the latest at the beginning of the event. Should a customer experience any mental and/or physical health restriction during an event, the instructor is to be notified immediately.

The participants take part in our events at their own responsibility. Laura Eigenmann Coaching and the responsible instructors assume liability for the proper execution of the offer within the framework of the legal warranty provisions. Any further liability, especially under the title of compensation, is expressly excluded. Laura Eigenmann Coaching assumes no liability whatsoever, especially no liability in case of concealment of possible physical or mental impairments, which make the participation in the events seem inadvisable. 

Laura Eigenmann Coaching reserves the right to refuse participants if they are of the opinion that the physical or psychological requirements for participation are not met. This refusal can also be made at short notice or during ongoing events. In the event of a participant's refusal due to physical and/or mental health restrictions during an event, the event fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis. All participants will be required to sign a limitation of liability waiver or alike document expressly waiving all liability for Laura Eigenmann Coaching regarding individual participation. Laura Eigenmann Coaching reserves the right to refuse and cancel any booking for failure to sign the required waivers for participation. 

The use of the locations and offers is made by the participants at their own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought by participants. For all offers of Laura Eigenmann Coaching any liability for damages is excluded. The participants are responsible for sufficient insurance coverage.

6 / Data Privacy

Personal data of the customers are stored for the processing of the event operation and the purposeful customer contact. This data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties. The data protection regulations are observed at all times.

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection regulations (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. Laura Eigenmann Coaching takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We treat all personal data confidentiality and according to the legal data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers we try to protect the databases as best as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

By using this website, all users agree to the collection, processing and use of data. This website can be visited without registration. Data such as pages accessed or names of files accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to a specific person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Without consent, the data will not be passed on to third parties.
